In addition to real-time access to package tacking and deliver confirmation, DMC also provides instant Plan access to all Personalized Member PDF content, including Member ID Cards, Welcome Letters, LIS Rider Letters, etc. that was mailed to each Member. This information is maintained in a HIPAA Compliant Health Cloud for a minimum period of 10 years.
