DMC’s 5 X Per Week Post Enrollment Kit program provides its Plan customers with 48 hour turnaround on all Post Enrollment Kit mailings. Solutions range from using preprinted materials pulled from inventory SKUs to scalable and robust print-on-demand solutions that we use for our Plan customers operating in a large number of markets with a vast array of language and GEO variations that would make a conventional preprinted SKU distribution solution too costly.

Alternatively, we can use an API to integrate the live data feeds from the USPS and UPS directly to your CRM systems. In addition to real-time access to package locations, DMC also provides instant Plan access to all Personalized Member PDF documents, including Member ID Cards, Welcome Letters, LIS Rider Letters, etc. This information is maintained in a HIPAA Compliant Health Cloud for a minimum period of 10 years.
