As the Plan documents are created, DMC posts the documents on DMC’s secure cloud‐based Document Management Site (DMS) that allows for collaborative Plan Document review, commenting, editing, and storage. As Plan Documents are uploaded to DMC’s DMS Site, they are automatically and accurately versioned.
On the DMS, DMC creates collaborative workspaces for all participating Plan project team members. The DMS meets all enterprise requirements for security, auditability and compliance. In summary, the advantages of DMS include the following:
