As the Plan documents are created, DMC posts the documents on DMC’s secure cloud‐based Document Management Site (DMS) that allows for collaborative Plan Document review, commenting, editing and storage.

As Plan Documents are uploaded to DMC’s DMS Site, not only are these documents securely stored and backed up automatically each evening to our HIPAA Compliant offsite DATTO Backup servers on both the East and West Coast; but, they will also be automatically and accurately versioned.

On the DMS, DMC creates collaborative workspaces for all participating Plan project team members. The DMS meets all enterprise requirements for security, auditability and compliance. In summary, the advantages of DMS include the following:

  • Conflict‐free Collaboration: Contributors can work in parallel without writing over each other’s efforts.
  • An End to Content Document Control Issues: Files are easy to find and share and the latest versions are always available
  • Project Management: We can establish and manage projects and teams as needed
