Your Plan will have access to the most current Medicare marketing databases in the country by means of a customized DataPipe Web Service accessed through your Plans DMC Corporate Portal.

DMC programmers have designed automated routines that pull data selected by the site user from the database through an Nth Select process. This means we pull data through an even distribution of names across all ZIP Codes selected by the site user. DMC software also insures that file records are not mailed a 2nd time until the entire database has been mailed within each respective county. DMC insures this process by means of a programmed data suppression routine that prevents duplicate mailings to the same file records.
